Well, it completely depends on what condition it is in really...
Sam and I only paid £40 for ours but that was a couple of years ago and was a bargain really.
Just quickly googled it and this came up - http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=pfsw&action=display&thread=134357
Holes can be pretty easily fixed, but i dont know if it is still for sale... Only £30 which again i think is a real bargain despite the holes.
this one went for over £100 - http://www.vwt4forum.co.uk/showthread.php?p=1419465
Where are you thinking of getting yours from? what condition is it in?
Bear in mind you might need to waterproof it and as it is canvas that really soaks it up and a can from Camping International was about £15 (i think) and only did our roof!!
If you find an awning you like, its worth getting and looking after it. I really like ours because the whole front rolls up. its going to need some fixing up soon but i would be happy to spend £100 getting it perfect as i much prefer it to the modern stuff around today.
good luck dude!
p.s - you wont need an awning anyway, you have a high top Bay which is huge!!! ha ha!

It's on eBay but shhhh no one out bid me haha. It's only on £30 ATM. Got a day left. Got some windows and bits seems nice. Same colour as yours really.
We only want one to cook in and put crap in. Also a place for Harriet to sleep if I want the bed to myself hahaha
Yea seen a lot of modern ones going at round but don't want to spend a lot on one just yet. As you say we don't need one desperate as I pretty much have a boat strapped to my roof for extra room haha
I like yours Ben! It may accidentally blow away one night and land on my van
