Advance notice, so one for your diary's. Was a great show last year and only just down the road.

"Show dates for this year's Grill-n-Chill are the 20th - 22nd of September, again at the Hop Farm, with prices from £10 for the whole weekend including camping and entrance to both the G-n-C event and the Hop Farm's own attactions ALL WEEKEND LONG!

The organizers have been told by the Hop Farm that there booking is safe.
I believe they have arranged a face to face meeting with the hop farm before the volksworld show so should be better informed.
The show itself is not organised by the hop farm, it just happens to be booked there.

I was thinking it might be a good opportunity to get a 'club photo' done at Grill and Chill... Im sure somebody must have a decent enough camera?
So everybody who goes gets to be in the photo... might be a good idea to do it saturday afternoon or sunday afternoon so that any day visitors can be included.
Thoughts?? ideas??

Ok people I spoke to Grill & Chill last night and we need to get final numbers by Tuesday 10th if people know someone's camping with us but not on the forum could they double check with them and add them to the list please. It's the club meet next week so we will be asking around to remind people.

one last thing They are normally really good on space but if you need room for tents or awnings could you let me or mike know so we can allocate some extra room.

Spoke to Grill n Chill over the weekend while i was at Action and their hoping to get down to the Bell on Thursday so if anyone still needs tickets they be able buy some directly.
There also going to try and pop into dockside if they can get down early enough, so look out for the red Grill n Chill T-shirts if anyone is going to be down there but not make it up to the Bell.
