Right, I called that campsite again today. Booked sam and I in... £10 for the night. They have a toilet and shower and other bits. Looks like she will only charge £10 a van. There is 4 electric hook ups if you want one. But that will cost more I assume. Call this number to book. Say you are with ben hall - 01227 831463.
Pay when we get there...

I can't camp Friday night because of other family commitments. Sad Anyone want to travel down in convoy on the Saturday?

No I haven't I'm going to go down on Saturday morning.

I'm probably going to get there for about 10ish so will probably leave Medway 9ish so if anyone want to cruise down on Saturday it will probably be easier to meet at farthing corner/top rank like Baldrick said.

Hi

I'm not going to camp on the friday evening.

It's alright for you boys in campers who can just roll out of bed and drive off in the morning, us proper campers have repack the car again Neutral

I'll be meeting laurie at the medway service at about 9.15 to take a cruise down, so if anyone else fancies meeting us there please do.

Everything happens for a reason?

Post  George&Charlie on Mon Sep 19, 2011 5:36 am

We were super annoyed yesterday after packing everything and setting off only to find out that we now appear to have a choke problem. Today it seems like this might have been the best thing that could have happened to us. We have put down a deposit on a new project which we should be collecting on wednesday. We went out early this morning to view a 58 beetle which can only be described as unbelieveable!!. It is completely original with 1 owner from new, 47000 miles and in ridiculously good condition for a car this age. We struggled to find rust on the thing in any of the usual places, other than surface rust on the wings and body, it has been garaged and not driven since 1975!!

We hope everyone had an awesome time and the weather wasn't too bad. We'll get some pics up of the new purchase on wednesday. Looking forward to seeing some pics from the weekend.
