Apex festival 10th-11th may 2014

Think I've prob got a few more doing so so I've put down as +8 spoke to them today & I've reserved space for 30 now.

With the other 8 that I have got going I think that's just about it full!!

I think your right Neal as there's a couple of others with a few people too. So if your names not on the list We unfortunately won't be able to fit you in.

Doesnt mean you cant come to the show and there will be general camping.

I think this could get very messy if Harry is bringing beer pong.     

Gates closed mate must be a first I've ask for extra space & with the headache of space planing it's too late in the day one week to go!

Going to have to bring extra vodka for the beer pong!!

If 'cock head Mike' isnt coming i will try and remember to grab the coleman shelter from him this weekend...

Also, sam and I will be leaving from Gillingham Business Park at about 5.15 on the friday if anybody fancies joining us for the cruise down.
Leaving from the STI LINE Packaging Car park in saracen close. Its the big blue building that is one road up from the ice bowl and looks the same (but blue not red).

Hey there Neal .. just wanted to check in and confirm your club camping requirements for the Apex Festival.

Club Toilets:
If you would like a dedicated club toilet they will be available for £60 for the weekend. Please let us know on return if you would like one and we will collect the rental charge on arrival at the show from the club rep.

Can you please let us know the below information so we can prepare your club camping spot. (The club camping pitch space will be allocated based on pre-booked club members only.. others are welcome to join you but the area allocated will be based on pre-booked tickets. We just need the first name and surname of the pre-booked attendees so we can update the e-Ticket checking in system and let the gate staff know which pitch to direct you to…)

Some frequent questions your club members may ask..

• Dogs are welcome. They must be on a lead at all times, and usual good owner etiquette required!

* Glass bottles are not permitted on site, please bring cans and plastic bottles, even if you have to decanter bottles before arrival.

• Raised BBQ's are cool.. but no open fires

• Entry is from 6pm on Friday the 9th May (we are not permitted by the venue to allow entry before then due to council usage restrictions)

• Noise is a sensitive issue with ALL race circuits at the moment, many venues including Lydden Hill are at risk of ongoing pressure from opposition to the race track and the events held there. Please help us maintain a good relationship with the venue and it's neighbours and respect the 'quiet' time after midnight… do carry on having fun.. just be aware that a few hours of.. how should we put it? Alcohol induced miss judgement of the situation ! LoL Could genuinely jeopardise the entire event…

Hi guys, Deb and I are both off work this Friday, we are planing on leaving home (Sittingbourne) about 4.30, if anyone wants to join us for a convoy we can meet at the bobbing apple car park leaving at 4.45. Laters.
