Glazer needed.

Hi guys, i need a Glazer to remove my rear window on my T25, i am getting water inside my tailgate. it had a new rubber last year but it looks like it was'nt sealed up correctly, Can anyone help? (as a paying job)

sorry dude... do all the windows myself on mine... if you decide to do the same give me a shout and i can come help. i assume they work in a similar way to any other vw windows.
